BUILDING USAGE GUIDELINES & PRICES

 Cabot United Methodist Church 

Due to the increased demand to use the building by both church members and community groups for non-church related activities and in recognition of the costs associated with that usage, the following policy has been adopted.  Questions may be directed to Office@CabotUMC.com or the church office.

 

REQUESTS:

All requests to use the building must be given to the Office Manager and approved by the Pastor or COM chairperson.  Space is given on a “first-come, first-served” basis.  Church events and activities always have first priority.

 

FEESMEMBERS:

            $15 – regular classroom                      $50 – gym

FEESNON-MEMBERS:

            $100 – regular classroom                    $100 – gym

 

All individuals or groups using the building MUST provide their own food, drinks, coffee and paper products.  Use of the gym permits use of all the kitchen facilities.

 

ALL FEES ARE TO BE PAID PRIOR TO USING THE BUILDING.  Cash or a check made payable to the church should be given to the Office Manager during regular office hours (Mon-Fri. 8:30am – 12:30pm).

 

In all cases, a $25 custodial fee will be imposed unless the room is cleaned, garbage is taken out, and the room put back the way it was found.
