Cabot UMC partners with the Upward Sports organization to provide a fun, reliable, compassionate and encouraging sports experience for boys and girls in K – 6th Grade. Cabot’s Upward program provides first class organized and detailed sports programming in basketball & cheerleading.
The Basketball and cheerleading season begins with evaluations in November and the season starts in the early part of the next year. Check back later for the fall evaluation schedule for the 2011 season
Unique aspects of upward include: *An evaluation system that promotes equal & competitive teams. *A substitution system that allows for equal playing time for all. * Exposure to high quality coaching and sport development. * An emphasis on character & integrity. * Focus on Christ and Christian values
