The purpose of Recreational Ministries at Cabot United Methodist Church is to have fun, get some exercise
and enjoy fellowship, all in God's name. It is not enough to be strong spiritually if we don't take care
of the bodies God has given us. Check out how you can get involved.
The Fitness Center is available for use, free of charge, for anyone in the community. It offers free
weights and exercise equipment, such as stationary bikes and treadmills, to all people interested in building
strong bodies and good health.
In the spring of 2004, Cabot United Methodist Church restarted a church-based softball league for the
community and local churches. This league has been around for many years and has brought church members
and fellow Christians together from the area.
